g-Pipeline

g-Pipeline is a pipeline operational management tool that provides real-time pipeline performance monitoring with the following capabilities:

• Production Optimisation.
• Production Planning/Scheduling.
• Pipeline Integrity.

Erosion rates are predicted using one of the following methods (configurable):

• Tulsa
• Salamah & Venkatesh
• API

Corrosion rates are predicted using either:

• Cassandra
• NORSOK

Calculated wastage rates are corrected with measured data.
Minimum sand transport velocities calculated using Thomas or Oudeman method.

Compared to actual velocities to see if sand particles transported.

The cooldown curves for particular points in the pipeline are displayed for various watercuts.

The minimum time to the hydrate formation temperature is also calculated and displayed.
